Pang Guang Shu point
In the sacral region, 1. 5 finger's breadth lateral to
the posterior midline, at the level of the second posterior sacral
foramen. Wrap up buttocks with the hands and Massage it by thumb for 1-3
minutes.
Step
Zu San Li point
On the leg, one finger breadth lateral to the tibia's
anterior crest, 3 finger's breadth inferior to knee. Massage the point
for 1-3 minutes.
Step
Cheng Jin Point
On the posterior leg, in the center of the heel and back of knee. Massage the point by thumb for 1-3 minutes.
